Competition Terms & Conditions

The prize is a Free Loan of a Starslush Freezer for 12 months, including set up and standard installation and Starslush products with a retail value of £2000. (the "Prize"). The competition will run from Tuesday 22th September 2009 to Sunday 4th October 2009 at www.noisydrinks.co.uk. Entry to the competition is free. No purchase necessary. Entrants may enter only one prize draw. If it appearsentrants have submitted more than one entry, then all their entries will be invalid. Entries must be on the form provided online at www.noisydrinks.co.uk. Winners will also be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize, as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be drawn at random on 5th October 2009 from all entries received prior to the close of the competition. The winners name will be posted on our website and with successful candidate will also be notified by email within 28 days from the draw date. The winner, once your free stock totaling £2000 of Starslush products have been exhausted, you will be required to purchase all further products at the normal agreed trade price. Thereis no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part of the Prize) andunless otherwise agreed in writing the Prize is non-transferable.Pricing and products are subject to change at the behest of The Noisy Drinks Company in accordance with climate fluctuations. You must beover 18 and resident in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Installation will agreed in advance, however this will be subject to agreement by all parties. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required before installation, On site safety of the machine/freezer and consumer/customer insuranceand all breakages or damages to the Starslush Freezer. Winners must redeem their prize within two months of notification, failure to process your installation application within this time period could result in loss of prize. The Noisy Drinks Company may refuse entry or withdraw the prize if you or anyone you authorise to deal with your entry acts in a way towards staff or the Promoter which The Noisy Drinks Company reasonably considers to be inappropriate. All entrants must be made online only via www.noisydrinks.co.uk. The Noisy Drinks Company reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable. The Noisy Drinks Company will not be liable for Prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond The Noisy Drinks Company's control. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, then The Noisy Drinks Company reserves the right to award the prize to another participant. The Noisy Drinks Company's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified. Details of prize winner' name and company details will be available for one month after the close of the Competition by applying on line at www.noisydrinks.co.uk. The name, details and photograph of the winner may be used by The Noisy Drinks Company and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Completion and submission of an online competition entry form will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
